Refunds & Returns Policy

 

At TruthWon Shoppes, your satisfaction truly matters to us. Each item is made to order with intention and care, and we stand behind the quality of what we create. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help — with a process that’s fair to both you and our small business.

Apparel Returns

We accept returns on apparel that is:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of odors, stains, or damage
  • Returned with original tags attached

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Once approved, items must be shipped back to us within 7 days. Returned apparel will be inspected upon receipt. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs.

Candle Returns

Because our candles are hand-poured and made to order, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Candles may be gently burned for testing purposes
  • Candles must show minimal use (generally no more than one light burn)
  • Candles must be returned in their original container

Candles that are heavily used, fully burned, or damaged due to misuse cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund once the issue is verified.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or marked final-sale items
  • Items returned outside the return window
  • Items that show signs of excessive wear, use, or damage

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
